The owners of this luxury home, on King Charles Drive, requested PJ Stormonth Builders to carry out extensive renovations and restorations to dramatically improve the home.
Starting with a complete redesign of the master-bedroom and ensuite, our builders also stripped and refurbished the large powder-room, removed doorways to create a greater sense of space, extended the dining and media rooms and recreated the wooden staircase, complete with beautiful wooden screen detailing.
The kitchen has been completely refurbished with new stone tops and kitchen panels, stone borders replaced and a handsome new bar area built.
Aged carpet was replaced by hard-wood timber flooring and the entire house was repainted — inside and out.
PJ Stormonth Builders are now working on adding a new extension and carpark to add more space and value to this beautiful home.

We decided to engage P J Stormonth Pty Ltd to undertake the works after an initial meeting with the builder principal Peter Stormonth.
We were very happy with his detailed knowledge and the ideas that Peter shared with us concerning adjustments to several rooms and areas in the house at that initial meeting.
Peter displayed a very good depth of building experience and provided us with a quick estimate of the time required to complete the renovation.
Works included substantial redesign of the master suite and adjacent bathroom, refurbishment of a large powder room, removal of several doorways, the extension of walls in the dining room and media room, refurbishment of the large kitchen area, refurbishment of large bifold doors, construction and laying of new timber stairs and flooring, construction of an entry foyer feature wall, replacement of front entry gates, landscaping of the grounds, erection of an electric Vergola, painting of the interior and exterior as well as replacement of all lights, switches and power points in the entire house.
The above work was completed seamlessly over a period of eleven weeks by the team at P J Stormonth.
